Cristiano Ronaldo is one of the best players to have stepped on a soccer pitch. And him being extremely athletic plays a big role on that. CR7 is someonw who is permanently taking care of his body and some doctors even said that the age of his body is way lower than the majority of 36 year old people.

To be incredibly fit, Ronaldo follows a strict diet where he eats six times a day. He has cheese and a low-calories yogurt for breakfast. Then he eats chicken, a food he loves because it is high in proteins and low fat, adding vegetables. Fish is also included in the diet, and eats it once or twice a day. In the evening, he has toasts and fruit, and eats meat with salad for dinner.


But still, Cristiano Ronaldo's mother told he sometimes falls into temptation and eats some pizza, that he loves, but then he makes a lot of abs to compensate. The forward himself said that he sometimes eats pizza with his son, or it would be boring. He said that the key is to take care of the body, train, eat and sleep properly.

He never drinks alcohol because that reminds him of the alcoholism of his father, so that is totally forbidden for him. Sodas are also out of his system. He only drinks water or natural juices if he wants to add some flavor. This strict diet added to his insane obsession with training made him the GOAT he is, shining in Sporting Lisbon, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus and Portugal national team.
