Rafa Márquez is already enjoying his first weeks as the new coach of Barca Athletic, FC Barcelona's subsidiary. The Mexican preferred to take the risk of rejecting an important salary offer at TUDN, where he would receive up to 150 thousand dollars for his work as a sports analyst for the Mexican National Team.

The offer from the Culé team for the Mexican to join the club's youth team was the option that "El Kaiser" ended up opting for. In economic terms, there is no comparison, but it was one of the objectives in his career as a coach for the former Mexican footballer.
