Zlatan Ibrahimovic had a very particular game in the derby in which Inter faced AC Milan for Italian Cup. The Swedish attacker scored the first goal of his team in the 31st minute but, during the second half, he saw the red card and couldn’t continue playing the game.
Ibra had an impressive fight with Romelu Lukaku in the first half. The attackers insulted each other and were very near to fight. The referee decided to show them both the yellow card. Just some minutes later, the attacker from Milan committed a foul against Aleksandar Kolarov and was expelled.
It wasn’t the night that Ibrahimovic was imagining. Despite he scored a very important goal, the fact of seeing the red card changed everything. At his 39 years old, the forward seems to be very far from retirement, as he is having a tremendous moment: he scored 14 goals in 15 matches played this season.
Milan stands in the first position in Serie A and are the clearest contenders to gain the title. Zlatan has a contract signed with the Italian side until June 2021 and, after that, he could be moving on. During his professional career, he played for Malmo, Ajax, Juventus, Inter, FC Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain, Manchester United, LA Galaxy and, of course, Milan.
