Kylian Mbappé seems destined to play for Real Madrid next season, as reports from Spain suggest that the French star and former Real Madrid defender Sergio Ramos has reached an agreement to buy his $19.3 million Madrid mansion, named La Moraleja. The mansion was Ramos' main residence during his time playing for Real Madrid. With Mbappé now having a home in Madrid, all that is left now is the confirmation of the deal and the announcement of Mbappé as a new Real Madrid player. With the Champions League coming to an end, the announcement could be sooner rather than later.

Ramos and Mbappé know each other well since they were teammates at PSG for two seasons. The Spanish defender joined PSG from Real Madrid in the summer of 2021 as a free agent along with other star players like Gianluigi Donnarumma, Gini Wijnaldum, and Lionel Messi. Ramos played 51 matches with Mbappé during their time at PSG together and averaged 2.33 points per game. The total number of minutes together as teammates was 3,842. Ramos played a total of 58 matches for PSG in his career, scoring six goals and providing one assist.

For Real Madrid, Ramos made a total of 671 appearances in all competitions. The Spanish defender scored 101 goals and provided 40 assists during his time with Los Merengues. He won many trophies with the Spanish club and is regarded as a club legend. With Real Madrid, Ramos won four Champions League titles, four FIFA Club World Cups, five La Liga titles, three UEFA Super Cups, two Copa Del Reys, and four Spanish Super Cups.
