Fichajes reports that Real Madrid's goalkeeper Andriy Lunin is causing interest from clubs like PSG, Manchester United, and Bayern Munich. The Ukrainian keeper has broken into the team this season due to Thibaut Courtois' ACL injury last summer. The Belgian keeper has made no appearances this season for Real Madrid, and the club brought Kepa Arrizabalaga on loan from Chelsea. Lunin was not given the opportunity to start games this season at first after being a backup keeper for so long, but after proving to be better than Kepa this season, the Ukrainian keeper has become a crucial player.

Lunin has made 28 appearances for Real Madrid this season in all competitions. In 20 La Liga matches, Lunin has kept ten clean sheets. Kepa played 12 matches in La Liga this season, and he kept six clean sheets. Questions were raised about keeping Kepa as the starting goalkeeper for Real Madrid after his performance against Atletico Madrid in the Spanish Super Cup semifinal on January 10th. Since then, his last game was against Almeria in La Liga on January 21st.

In Lunin's last five matches for Real Madrid, the keeper conceded six goals, but the team had three wins and two draws. Lunin was decisive in the second leg of the Champions League quarterfinals against Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium. The game ended 1-1, and in the penalty shootout, he saved two penalties. Real Madrid went on to win 4-3 in the penalty shootout.

How much would Lunin cost in the market?

According to Tranfsermarkt, Lunin is worth $17.1 million on the market and has a yearly salary worth $2.9 million. He earns around $57,000k a week, and his contract with Real Madrid expires in the summer of 2025. Real Madrid has yet to offer him a new contract, but it is expected that the keeper will be offered a new deal. Man United, PSG, and Bayern Munich are monitoring the situation since the clubs plan to have a keeper that could help them in the upcoming years.
