Xavi Hernandez: who are the three players he could sell at Barcelona?

He was released by his Qatari Club Al Sadd to pursue his dream of coaching his beloved club FC Barcelona. Everything is set and he will soon be officially announced as successor to Ronald Koeman. 

Three players may be shown the exit door upon his arrival, Xavi is known as a die-hard fan of possessive football and a lover of young players. Some players in Barcelona may not fit into his plan and may be shown the exit door. 

Sergino Dest, the American, has not cut it at Barcelona and has been used out of position lately by Ronald Koeman. The arrival of Xavi may be the end of his Barcelona career. Luuk de Jong, the former Ajax player may be axed out of FC Barcelona with the arrival of Xavi who will not be interested in any player that does not seem to allegedly have the Barcelona DNA. de Jong has been awful for FC Barcelona since his arrival and may not fit into his rebuilding plan. 

Ousman Dembele is another player that may be axed out of Barcelona, the French man has been in and out of injury since his arrival and such player cannot be built on, Xavi will need an army of players dedicated to take the club out of its current predicament and an injury prone player who has missed more games than he has played since signing for the club will not be a good candidate.
