Sergio Aguero: what are the facts and figures behind his career?

Sergio Aguero has been forced out of football with a heart injury. He gassed out few minutes into into the game against Alaves and was took out straight to the hospital where it was confirmed that he suffered from a Heart Condition. 

The 33-years-old Argentine had a successful career that started in Argentina with Independente, before moving to Europe with Atletico Madrid. He scored 100 goals for Atletico Madrid with 45 assists in just 230 games; the exceptional performance got Manchester City attention when it was taken over by Sheik.

While at Manchester City he was electric. He was Premier League top scorer twice while at Manchester City in a ten years tenure. He is Manchester City's most decorated player. He overtook Wayne Rooney to become Premier League’s greatest ever goal scorer for a single club with 184 strikes in 275 appearances over Rooney’s 183 goals in 393 appearances.

He's also the the second on list for best goal ratio with 0.67 just behind record holder Thiery Henry 0.68. He also holds the record of most hat-tricks in the league 12, one above record holder Alan Shearer. He scored 20 plus goals in five consecutive Premier League seasons, he was the only player to have done that. He has 260 goals in 389 games for City and a total of 15 trophies with the Club.
