Andrew Farrell has undoubtly become an icon for the New England Revolution squad. After writing history with his team as he was the first pick in 2013 SuperDraft, now seven years since that day, he has achieved a new record. He has already played 20,000 minutes with the team from Foxborough.
Born in Louisville, Kentucky, the 28-years-old centre back made his debut in the MLS seven years ago. Despite the fact of borning in the United States of America, great part of his life was located in Perú where he lived with his foster partens. At the beginning of 2013, he signed an Adidas Generation contract and two week later he was Revs first pick in the Super Draft.
Farrell is a fierce defender whose importence is vital for Revs as he is the command voice. Moreover, he also has outstanding records all over the league. He leads all MLS outfield players in minutes played and games started and ranks second in games played since entering league in 2013.
