A few years ago he was one of the best soccer players in the world he played for the best club in Spain. Now he is without a team and nobody wants to hire him.

This sad case that is being talked about is that of Marcelo, a Brazilian player who with Real Madrid won more than 25 championships and was an idol for all the fans of the popular Spanish club.
Marcelo is looking for a team for next season but nobody wants to hire him because he is a veteran player.

Reports indicated that seven MLS teams rejected Marcelo for not being in good physical shape.
The Brazilian representatives are desperate to find him a new team but they just received the refusal of the MLS clubs, LA Galaxy and Los Angeles Football Club.

Marcelo plans to retire from soccer

Marcelo is 34 years old and the Brazilian press mentions that the soccer player is seriously considering retiring as he cannot find a team.
