Two Premier League clubs have announced this weekend that they have sacked their managers after a poor run of results. Norwich City and Aston Villa announced the departure of their managers, Daniel Farke and Dean Smith respectively.

Dean Smith was fired as Aston Villa manager after five straight losses including another 1-0 disappointing loss to Southampton on Friday night while Daniel Farke's sacking came despite a 2-1 away win at Brentford, the Canaries first of the season.

Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjær has been under intense pressure for weeks now due to poor results and bad performances both in the Premier League, UEFA Champions League and domestic cup competitions.

Solskjær was given a three match ultimatum after the 5-0 loss to Liverpool. He won 3-0 at Tottenham, drew 2-2 with Atalanta and had another 2-0 loss to Manchester City at Old Trafford. He is yet to justify he could continue as manager and deserves a sack.
