Barcelona has agreed to the terms of compensation of former manager Ronald Koeman. The Dutch man was sacked weeks ago after a very poor run to the season. Just after spending 14 months with the Catalonians.

Today, both party have finally come to agreement on his terms of compensation and he will be paid £8.4million (€10m), a fee which will see the Spanish giants, Barcelona save £1.7m, according to Marca.

The 58-years-old oversee one of the most difficult period in the history of the club, one which saw the club legend and most decorated player Lionel Messi leave for PSG in an free transfer at the beginning of this season.

After his departure Barcelona has won two games, drew three and still sit in 7th position in La Liga, the club is at the risk of making history in the Champions League with a disappointing draw against Benfica which may say them play in the Europa League should they fail to qualify for the next round.
