Gareth Southgate: what are the numbers behind his England managerial career?

England has extended the service of Gareth Southgate as the head coach of the Three Lions till 2024 what are his numbers?

Gareth Southgate has just put pen to paper to extend his reign as the head coach of England Men National team (The Three Lions) till 2024. He rose through managing the academy and the England Under 21 to become a caretaker in 2016.

Two months later he was appointed permanently as the head coach of the Three Lions on the 30th of November 2016. Since then he has gone up to manage 64 games, winning 44, losing 11 and drew just 9.

Southgate has successfully qualified the Three Lions for two successful World Cup after thrashing San Marino 10-0 last week to qualify for next year World Cup in Qatar. After he took England to the first semi-final since 1996 at the 2018 World Cup

This came after he took England to the final of Euro2020 which they lost in a penalty shootout against Italy. It was England's first final in decades. He has now been rewarded with a contract extension till 2024 which means he will be leading the Three Lions to Qatar come next year.
