The FA Cup announced the matches that will be televised. The fourth round will have a total of 16 matches, however, not all matches will be televised. Of the 16 matches to be played between February 4 and 6, only 8 of them will be televised.

The reason all matches are not broadcast is due to television laws in the United Kingdom. Broadcasters are not allowed to broadcast Saturday matches at 3:00 p.m. in the UK.
“Football’s TV blackout rule prevents live football matches from being televised between 2:45 pm and 5:15 pm on Saturday afternoons”. The blackout rule was introduced during the 1960s when Football League chairmen believed televised matches had a negative impact on attendances at other matches being played at the same time.
However, if you live in the United States and have a subscription to ESPN+ you will be able to access all the games.
