The Portuguese star will offer his workers private health insurance from the company. Workers would also receive 100 euros every month for restaurant ticks and could also have a special price of 50 euros a night for two people at the hotel, but it wouldn't be the same in the Portuguese hotel.

The Madrid hotel has a pizzeria, a sports bar, and a foot, while the NYC hotel has 176 rooms with a restaurant outside that includes art from Portugal.
