Shocking scenes in women's football in South America as a Paraguayan female footballer was given a set of pots for being the match's best player, which generated reactions on social media.

 

A female footballer of Olimpia of Paraguay was awarded a set of pots for being the best player when her team won 3-1 in her visit to Guaraní for matchday 3 of the Women's Soccer League.

 

The highlights of the match shifted from the goals scored and to the gift given to Dahiana Bogarin, a set of pots for being the best player in the match.

The 20year old footballer posed for pictures which were posted to the club's social media pages and generated a lot of reaction from fans who were disappointed. Bogarin said she gave them to her mother who appreciated them and said "Mom is happy for the gifts."
