The work, which is 40 meters wide by 45 meters high, It is located in the San Cristóbal neighborhood of Buenos Aires, on San Juan and Solís avenues.

In conversation with Télam, Ron remembers the Maradona mural: “It was made on a wall that I saw on my tour of the city more than 10 years ago and I always said that it had enormous potential because it is a very large wall for a mural with a quite long panoramic view, that is, it can be seen from Entre Ríos and is embraced by San Juan Avenue and the highway.”

During the celebration, people took selfies with the mural and many of the drivers who crossed Belgrano Avenue honked their horns to join the celebration. Everyone who passed by could not help but raise their heads to admire the popular idol eternalized on the wall. The more than fifty people present, in addition to congratulating the artist for his wonderful creation, once again sang the song that today is almost an anthem: “Boys, now we are excited again. I want to win the third. “I want to be world champion.” And Ron, as if he were a celebrity, signed Argentine t-shirts to children who came up to greet him and asked for autographs.

A new mural dedicated to Messi

Painting Messi was a pending subject, the same as Maradona. I reserved those two opportunities to do something big, very official and with the help of YPF it could happen, confesses Ron, for whom this job is a double satisfaction, for representing these popular figures doing what he loves most, what it is to paint, and for his passion as a fan.
