The transfer windows of the main leagues of the world are close to make arrivals, but the MLS has still two weeks left of action before closing. Even though there have been a lot of movements so far, some teams are looking forward to some players from Europe that would like to play in the U.S. league.
To start, Mesut Özil peeks out as one of the candidates to move to the MLS. The German offensive midfielder is 32 years old right now and may be leaving Arsenal soon, as he is not considered as a vital player for his team. With a contract remaining until June 2021, the Gunners may let him out if he insists on trying for the first time out of Europe.
Another player looking new airs in Europe is the Argentinian defender Marcos Rojo. Aged 30 and with a contract that lasts as well until June 2021, he spent the last season loaned in his former club Estudiantes. As Ole Gunnar Solskjær thinks that he is not needed, Rojo is looking for an ultimate move on the transfer window.
The last player looking forward to moving to the MLS is Sergio Romero, the Argentinian goalkeeper. Aged 33 his time at Manchester United seems to be ended, as he discussed his salary and the club want him out. As during many times in his career, the U.S. league appears in his horizon.
