Neymar asked PSG to sign the best young defender in the world

Paris Saint-Germain are in trouble. After being the runner-up of last UEFA Champions League, captain Thiago Silva left to Chelsea and left a void in the defense that could not be filled so far. Neymar stepped up and told the board to do something about that, necessary if they win to win the most important European Cup once for all.
