Real Madrid: the incredible reason why Ronaldo Nazario made a manager get sacked

A manager needs to earn the trust of his players to do big things, or at least keep his job. At Real Madrid it is worse because there are lots of stars and he has to keep everybody happy. this manager could not get it and was promptly sacked after getting into trouble with Ronaldo Nazario.

A former teammate, who was part of the complot, complained along Ronaldo to this manager in 2005 because he forbid something they loved. They even threatened him, telling him that he was going to have a problem if things were not going as before. Three months later, he was unemployed.

That manager was Wanderlei Luxemburgo. Roberto Carlos and Ronaldo got mad at him for forbidding alcohol at dinner. The former left back was the one who told that story, and told that 'the little news get to the board and goodbye'. The highest positions did not want to have the stars unhappy with all the money they spent of them.

This was the second time that the Galacticos got a manager fired, because they had done the same two years before with Jose Antonio Camacho for making them train too early. In those times, Real Madrid had stars everywhere, it was the team of the Galacticos with Zinedine Zidane, David Beckham and more. But the managers could never adapt to that dressing room.
