The government official of Jair Bolsonaro said that he is unaware of the sports law and that people who come from the United Kingdom have to be quarantined in Brazil.

"The four players must be deported from Brazil for violating Brazilian law," said the president of Anvisa, Rear Admiral Antonio Barra Torres, on Sunday, defending the operation that suspended the match between Brazil and Argentina in São Paulo for the South American Qualifiers.

The government official of Jair Bolsonaro said that he is unaware of the sports law and that people who come from the United Kingdom have to be quarantined in Brazil, as is the case of Emiliano Martínez, Emiliano Buendía, Giovani Lo Celso and Cristian Romero, who are being prosecuted for violating the health law. Brazil is the second country in deaths, with more than 581,000 behind the United States, due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Federal police patrols arrived at the parking lot of the Neoquimica Arena stadium, allegedly to carry out the deportation of the four Argentine players accused of violating the health law, after agents of the health surveillance agency, Anvisa, interrupted the South American Qualifiers match.

The truth is that the health authorities in Brazil put in check the match between Argentina and the locals, who use as a strategy the explanation that Argentina would have lied with the statement, to excuse themselves from what could be an international embarrassment.
