For the first time ever, Zinedine Zidane is about to being sacked from Real Madrid. The Galacticos lost on Champions League week 5 against Shakhtar Donetsk and their chances to qualify to the next round of the international competition are now at risk.

Dentinho and Solomon scored the goals for the local team. With this result, Real Madrid is now third on Group B, with seven points earned after five matches played. Borussia M’Gladbach lead the zone with eight points, while Shakhtar also have seven and Inter has two. On the last week, the Spanish side will face the German tea.

Real Madrid lost last weekend against Deportivo Alavés as well, and they just won one out of the last five matches. Rumors indicate that the three times Champions League winner Zidane may be leaving soon as Florentino Pérez has lost his patience with him.

Zidane is going through his second period at the club, in which he managed the team 77 times. If he finally leaves as it is said, there are two great candidates to succeed him. The first one is Mauricio Pochettino, who is free after leaving Tottenham, and the second one is Raúl Jiménez, a legend as a player at the club.
