The LA Galaxy had a nightmare year so the board decided to make important changes in the team, so the Mexicans Jonathan Dos Santos and Chicharito Hernandez can now boast of having a new coach. The board of the LA Galaxy team finally announced that Greg Vanney will be its new strategist for the 2021 season, after dismissing the Argentine Guillermo Barros Schelotto, who had a very bad management, leaving the team in the last places of the MLS.

Greg Vanney will count with the Mexicans Javier Chicharito Hernández and Jonathan dos Santos, who will seek to gain the confidence of the coach, otherwise, if the Mexicans have another season like the last one, Vanney will not hesitate for a moment to send them to the bench, regardless of the hierarchy that the Mexicans have.

The last time Grerg Vanney was on the bench was with the Toronto FC, a team with which he achieved many championships, as being the MLS Champion and reaching the final stages of the Concacaf Champions League against the Mexican teams Greg Vanney now returns home as a coach, since as a player he lived many good moments with Los Angeles team, to whom he hopes to return to the first places of the MLS and also its glory as the LA Galaxy is the team with most titles in the history of the MLS. 

It is expected that during the next week the LA Galaxy team will make a couple of important signings with which they plan to build a team of fear and will undoubtedly fight for the MLS championship. The LA Galaxy will not participate in the next edition of the Concacaf Champions League.
