Guillermo Barros Schelotto year has been awful so far. The Argentinian head coach couldn't manage to earn good results and LA Galaxy are suffering a painful present. The team is at the last position of the Western Coference, after earning just 15 points out of 16 games played. But, things may change soon for the team as well as for the coach.
La Galaxy fans are asking for a change at the club and there are several rumors that indicate that Barros Schelotto will leave and Robbie Keane will be the next coach of the side. Even though his brother and assistant Gustavo Barros Schelotto said that they are not thinking on leaving, that may be happening at the end.
Not just the fans are trying to make the change, but Barros Schelotto is being seduced by a Brazilian club. Palmeiras kicked their coach Vanderlei Luxemburgo and are now interested in signing the Argentinian. The stories of the coach and the club have been ligated in many instances of Copa Libertadores clashes, with Guillermo as a player and coach at Boca Juniors.
La Galaxy has now lost six games in a row and is far away from entering to the playoffs zone. With six game left they are trying to change this negative streak, but things are not easy at the end of the regular season for them. Barros Schelotto arrived on January 2019 to the MLS and has been the coach of the team in 56 games.
