The numbers that make Ajax boss the best option for Manchester United managerial job?

Manchester United are in serious search of a top class manager as a replacement for the departed Ole Gunnar Solskjær and the rumour mill keep linking them to different names which has been narrowed down to Mauricio Pochettino, Zinedine Zidane and Erik Ten Hag.

All three managers have openly expressed lack of interest though it is out of respect for the clubs they manage, except Zinedine Zidane who is without a job. “I expect from my players that they are focused on Ajax, so I have to give the right example for that too. I’m in the United list with Pochettino? I am focused on my team, we want to achieve a lot”. Ten Hag told ESPN.

Erik Ten Hag's numbers and achievements at Ajax since he took over at the club in 2017 and one of his best moments as the club's boss was the run to the semifinal of the UEFA Champions League in 2019 where they beat both Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo's Juventus.
