There are fewer and fewer alternatives that the LA Galaxy has to please Javier Hernandez and hire a coach who is Mexican. After Javier Aguirre went to Rayados de Monterrey and Miguel Herrera said he did not want to go to the LA Galaxy, there is only one Mexican coach who could coach Chicharito.

LA Galaxy sports director Te Kloese wants to put LA Galaxy in the Mexican market once and for all and that is why they did not part with Javier Hernandez and have him as their top star. To finish convincing the Mexican public to support LA Galaxy, the idea they had in mind was that the new coach be precisely Mexican.

Javier Hernandez would have asked Javier Aguirre but the Mexican coach would have signed with Rayados de Monterrey. That is why the only Mexican who would remain on the LA Galaxy list would be Gonzalo Pineda. Pineda is currently an assistant coach in the Seattle Sounders and could be coming to the LA Galaxy for next season.

In addition to Gonzalo Pineda, the LA Galaxy could be interested in Landon Donovan, Robbie Keane and Vanney. The next few days will be the key to knowing who will be the LA Galaxy coach for next season. Chicharito Hernandez will play a very important role in choosing him since they do not want the same thing that happened with Guillermo Barros Schelotto to happen.
