The Argentinian coach is facing of the worst moments in his managerial career. This streak of six defeats is the worst that he ever suffered since his arrival to MLS. After 56 games, Barros Schelotto have never lost so many matches in a streak in his career: 0-2 against Colorado Rapids, 0-2 against Real Salt Lake, 1-3 against Seattle Sounders, 1-2 against San Jose Earthquakes, 3-6 against Portland Timbers and 0-4 against Earthquakes once again.

Barros Schelotto arrived to the MLS on January 2019 after a very interesting start of his managerial career at Argentina, where he was champion with both teams that he was in front of: Lanús and Boca Juniors. But, even thought his start at the U.S. was different, he is now suffering very bad results.

His contract ends on December 2021 but if he doesn't make it to the playoffs zone things may change sooner. After 16 games played his team earned just 15 points and needs to gain much more in their last six matches left for them in the regular season.
