See the conditions that will make Xavi leave Al Safe for free to join Barcelona after Koeman sacking

The former club leader will leave his current job at Al Sadd for free to join Barcelona But he will only be able to do so under the condition that Barcelona allows him to stay till 3rd of November. This is because they have a decisive league game against Al-Duhail. 

What this means is that Xavi will be back at Camp Nou after Barcelona's UEFA Champions League match against Dynamo Kiev. His first game in charge of Barcelona will probably be away against Celta Vigo. 

Barcelona will be paying Koeman €12m, and the Dutch are not forgiving them for a single euro. His sacking was imminent after the 1-0 loss to Rayo Vallecano which placed Barcelona at 9th position and nine points behind Rival and table leader Real Madrid. 

Barcelona believe Xavi will be able to take the club out of it's predicament after proving himself with Al Sadd winning everything possible with the club. He started his career with Barcelona and had 767 appearances for the club and ended his career with Al Sadd. He has Barcelona DNA and should understand the assignment better. It has always been his dream to lead Barcelona. Is this the right time? Only time will tell.
