Everybody at FC Barcelona are regretting, secretly or openly, the Luis Suárez departure to Atlético Madrid. And there are plenty of reasons for having that feeling. He was Lionel Messi's best partner, the club needs someone like him right now, and he is still scoring goals, being one of the top scorers of La Liga.

The Uruguayan wanted to stay, but Ronald Koeman told him on the phone that he was not going to count of him. And the rest is history. Yesterday, the coach was asked in a press conference if the Cules missed having Suarez in the attacking line, after the coach admitted needing someone in his position. And he did not like that question.

Koeman refused to talk about the striker because he is not a FC Barcelona player. He said he respects the Uruguayan striker, but talking about him would not be respectful to the current forward that the Cules already have, and what he is doing for Atletico Madrid and what happened in the past does not matter.

The manager had talked about the lack of goal the team was having and in the list he has of players he wants to sign, there is surely a striker to finish the chances the team creates. Meanwhile, they will have to struggle with what they have. At the same time Suarez is scoring consistently in his new team.
