After the match, Ronald Koeman talked about some incidents of the match and pointed out that his team lost due to VAR. The Netherlands head coach said that Barça is the only team that has been disadvantaged by VAR since the start of La Liga and that what happen was not fair.

Koeman specific said that the penalty commit to Sergio Ramos was not a foul, as the Spanish defender let himself fall in the penalty box and that VAR should have realized of that move. He also said that Lionel Messi suffered a foul from Casemiro in the first half that should have been a penalty for his team.

This aren't going that good for Koeman, who arrived at Barcelona at the age of 57 and has been ahead of the team during seven matches now, with a result of three victories, three losses and a draw. Barcelona will have a chance to recover soon, when facing Juventus on Champions League Week 2 on October 28.
