In the last days, there were some statements from Paris Saint-Germain regarding the possibility of Lionel Messi playing there. Leonardo, the sports director, said that the great players like Messi will always be in PSG's list. The manager Mauricio Pochettino said that he always dreams of having the best players, and Ángel Di María, teammate of Leo in Argentina, said that he could see the GOAT joining them.

This provoked the anger of Ronald Koeman, who accused PSG of lacking respect to FC Barcelona and forgetting the Argentinian is still a Barça player, and they are trying to unsettle him. He said it is even worse because both teams will face each other in UEFA Champions League RO16 next week.

When he was asked about Koeman's attack,Pochettino said that he does not want to disrespect anybody and he is focused only in the next PSG match. He also added that he does not want to unsettle Messi, and his job consists just on preparing the next game that the team has.

While the manager went back in his statements after he declared he has lots of things in common with the GOAT, he promised to leave Messi alone and expects everybody else at Paris Saint-Germain to do the same. There are two games versus Barça to prepare, and he wants nobody to think about the future but the present.
