Praised and known for his attacking style of football, Pep Guardiola's side has been known to be always thirsty for goal. This is the 19th time a Pep Guardiola side has scored more than five goals in a UEFA Champions League match, more than twice as many times as any other manager's sides have done so (Arsène Wenger and Sir Alex Ferguson, eight).

This is not a surprise considering how much Pep value attacking and goal oriented players to get result. He was quoted saying the best form of defense is attack. Whenever he plays he makes sure he possesses his opponent so much and scores a lot of goals.

Manchester City have scored more than five goals in a game 40 times since Pep Guardiola took over, which is as many as the second and third-most combined in English football during this time:

40 - Manchester City

21 - Liverpool

19 - Spurs

This incredible feat will stay long to be broken, from his time at Barcelona, to Bayern Munich and now Manchester City, his side are known to always dominate their opponent and he has this record to show for it.
