Despite the fact that he recently signed another deal this season till 2024 and on a weekly wage of £200,000, his performance is nothing but shame. Even though he seems like he has the backing of the club authority, his days in Old Trafford are numbered.

Different managers have been linked to take over the wheel preadventure when Ole was sacked. Antonio Conte, Zidane and Erik ten Hag have been the names on the lips of Manchester United fans.

Erik ten Hag has proven himself with Ajax with his performance and is believed to be the one that could bring back the glory days at Old Trafford. The Dutch still have a contract that extends till 2023 with Ajax but Manchester United will be willing to pay Ajax off should they fail to get their preferred options.

If anyone is to be trusted to take Manchester United out of their predicament and make the Theatre of Dream dream again it will be Zidane, considering his track record with Madrid and that he has worked with Cristiano Ronaldo. Should Manchester United continue the poor form under Ole? One of these three men will be relieving him of his duty.
