Mauricio Pochettino suffered a lot when he was fired from Tottenham Hotspur‘s to be replaced by José Mourinho. He was sacked months after taking his team to a UEFA Champions League final which they lost to Liverpool FC. Some time later he had his own revenge when Thomas Tuchel left PSG and he was appointed in his place.

But Pochettino’s revenge is not against Tuchel. The former Argentina’s national team defender in 2002 World Cup was hurt and humiliated by Tottenham. And Mourinho was suspiciously announced just hours after he departed. Therefore, if he can do something to make people furious around there, he will do so.

As reported by Football Insider and shared by English newspaper The Sun, he is on the hunt for one of the best stars he coached when he was in Tottenham. He was deeply respected by his players during the period he oversaw the club. Now in PSG, he is missing Costa Rica’s national team goalkeeper Keylor Navas, who recovers from an injury.

As for the name itself, we can tell you Mauricio Pochettino always dealt very well with goalkeeper Hugo Lloris, who is Tottenham’s captain apart from being current world champion with France after winning the 2018 title. Is Lloris moving to Paris? Well, the 34-year-old goalkeeper is not extremely expensive, his price is $14.5 million as reported by Transfermarkt. They are organizing a meeting for summer’s transfer window, since Lloris and Mourinho are not that close.
