Jürgen Klopp’s time? Chelsea targets three German coaches if Frank Lampard gets sacked

It is not the easiest of the seasons for Chelsea FC and Frank Lampard. Some of the club's most expensive signings did not perform well and the team seems to be in times of confusion. The coach could be the first victim in case that severe changes are to be made.

Lampard's contract expires on June 2022, he has already stated he would like to extend his relationship with the club, which has already seen him as a huge icon during his player times. But it will not be easy since the club has lost just one over the last five matches on the English Premier League. the worst rumors state he could be sacked.

In case he is moved away from his role, the English press states the replacement could come from Germany. There are three names on the table, and for sure there is one question if Jürgen Klopp is on the list or not.

It seems the Liverpool FC is currently safe in his position, so he should not be on the run for Lampard’s seat. Still, he has three countrymen that could really fit into Stamford Bridge. One of them has recently got unemployed: it is former parison German coach Thomas Tuchel.

It is also reported that RB Leipzig coach, 33-year-old Julian Nagelsmann, could also be welcomed into west London. Last, but not least, Ralf Reingnick is also in the shortlist. He’s coached the Lepzig side too, but later switched to a sporting director role.
