Jurgen Klopp was appointed Liverpool's manager in 2015 and recently celebrated six years in charge of the Reds. He met the club at a state that was not good enough for the stature of the club and has transformed the club into a force to be reckoned with both domestically and continentally.

His biggest achievement at the club was winning the Premier League, the club's first title in the Premier League era and their first top-flight title in 30 years. He also won the 2019 UEFA Champions League after losing the 2018 final to Real Madrid, a match which was ruined for the Reds due to Salah's early injury and Loris Karius blunders.

Klopp has a contract with Liverpool till 2024 and has made obvious his desire to honour the years of his contract and not walk away, this came after concerns he could be sacked last season when he lost seven straight home games having not lost in 66 previous games.

The club has now seen club legend Steven Gerrard as a worthy replacement for Klopp whenever he decides to leave the club. Gerrard led Rangers to the Scottish Premier League title last season and was unbeaten all through the season ending Celtic's 10 years reign.
