It seems that the absences of Matt Hedges and Jimmy Maurer from the line up may have been too much. Hedges became a key part of the team, although Zobeck had a pretty good performance as well. In addition to this, the lack of Maurer's experience in the defensive turned things complicated.

But another consequence of the game was the tactical decisions Coach Gallagher made. Many point out that he must adapt the tactical system with respect to the players he has.
