In recent years, FC Barcelona fans have harshly questioned the attitude of many experienced footballers. The focus was on commitment, discipline and order when wearing the Blaugrana shirt. And precisely, the first thing Xavi Hernández did was send a message to the most experienced.

In his presentation Xavi was forceful: "We need to put order. I don't want to use the word discipline, I don't like it, but I do put order and we all go the same way. FC Barcelona is not in the best moment, but we have to be together and united".

Along the same lines, Xavi continued: "Requirement, regulations, I work in a group, train hard. Try to convince the players that this is the best way to get results, which is why we will be measured. The intention is play well. From there, get results".

Far from fleeing from the subject, Xavi Hernández continued to deepen the concept: "It is not necessary to be harsh. It is a matter of order and rules. As in all companies. When I have had rules, I have done well. And when not, we have gone wrong. You have to put them in place and comply with them. There is no more. It is not discipline, it is order".

To close, Xavi remarked: "My idea is to help them. It is difficult to be a Barça player. The psychological issue is very hard. I come to help them on a personal and professional level. Talk to them and make a team". It is clear that Hernández arrives to accommodate the first team.
