The work of Víctor Manuel Vucetich is leaving much to be desired at Chivas de Guadalajara and if the board wants to dismiss the coach, not only will they have to start from scratch with another project, but they will also have to pay a million-dollar sum that would affect the club's coffers.

Chivas did not spend a single peso on reinforcements for this season, however, if they consider the possible departure of the coach, they would have to pay him a juicy amount of greenbacks that would be no less than one million dollars to terminate his contract and thank him for the poor results obtained so far this season, where they have only accumulated one win.

Vucetich is the third highest paid coach of this season, as he will receive around 1.8 million dollars for one year of his contract, which was renewed last June, although the management could have hired a new coach without paying "Vuce" anything. The salary of the Tamaulipas native is only below that of Santiago Solari of América and Javier Aguirre of Rayados de Monterey, therefore, the decision of the red and white management will not be an easy one in case they decide to fire him.

Vuce arrived in August 2020, where he helped the team reach the Liguilla, reaching the Semifinals, but since then the situation has become very difficult. He currently has 33 games under his management in Guadalajara, with 11 wins, 13 draws and 9 defeats, which still does not convince fans and board of directors.
