If we ask about a sensation in the Premier League that is not from the group of the big clubs, without a doubt, that could be Leeds United. The club returned to the topflight division in this season after winning the second division Championship beating Fulham and West Bromwich Albion. Big part of the credit belongs to the coach Marcelo Bielsa.

Bielsa arrived at Leeds in 2018 and led the team to a very strong 2018-2019 season but they could not earn the promotion to the Premier League after leading most of the endless 46-round league. But the board trusted in him again and extended his contract. They were very right since they won the title and returned to the top of England.

Now, after a bit more than half of the season, while the other promoted teams are struggling to avoid relegation zone, Leeds is in mid-table, far away from danger and with illusions of entering the Europa League. But Bielsa might look back to dark times. When he was coaching Lille in 2017, he had an exceedingly difficult moment. And now, they are going to the court for that.

When he left, he said he wanted to explain the harassment he suffered in the months of September and October, before his dismissal, to destabilize him and push him to resign. For that, he denounced the club for €19 million, which are equal to $23 million. Meanwhile, he dreams with moving Leeds United closer to the top.
