Diego Simeone arrived to Atlético de Madrid on January 2012 and since then never left the club again. Even though it was many times rumored that he was going to depart, he fought hard and convinced himself to stay in a place where he is really valuated and beloved.

Some bad results during the past campaigns have provoked many questions about him, but he already expressed that he will be staying for now. His contract lasts until June 2022 and, until then, there are chances for him renewing for even more time. As he thinks on staying, he also wants to move to a more comfortable place.

Simeon and his wife Carla Pereyra live in an impressive mansion at Madrid, that are now trying to sell to go to a more comfortable one, if such a thing is possible. Diez Minutos published that the house is being sold for $4 million, a bit more expensive than what they decided to pay for it a couple of years ago.

As the daughters Francesca and Valentina from the marriage are getting bigger, they are thinking on a more spacious place to live at. Simeone has managed Atlético during 497 matches. Before this experience he was the head coach of Racing Club, Estudiantes, River Plate, San Lorenzo and Catania.
