After the uncertainty, the Barcelona coach received good news for next Saturday's game.

The FC Barcelona staff returned to work after a day and a half of disconnection and did so by passing the mandatory tests established by the League to comply with the anti-Covid-19 protocol. Barça players undergo antigen tests twice a week, but today's tests were under scrutiny after Monday's party at Lionel Messi's home.

Before the afternoon training on Wednesday, all the players underwent the antigen test and as usual, all tested negative, as confirmed by the club itself. In this way, the squad was able to start preparing without absences for Saturday's decisive clash against Atlético of Madrid.

Despite the media noise generated by the lunch on Monday, held at Leo Messi's home, in the dressing room they continue to maintain that even with the presence of their women they are all still part of the same bubble and remember that they pass several controls every week. Hence, they do not give importance to the controversy and are focused only on the game against Atlético and on the four days left to finish the League.

In sports, Koeman will be able to count on the same Mestalla block, since although Piqué finished the game touched, he will not miss the decisive duel on Saturday. At the moment Braithwaite is still on the sidelines of the group and a priori the only doubt in the starting eleven is the presence of Mingueza or Araujo to complete the back of three centrals along with Piqué and Lenglet. It would also be possible that both would play and the one discarded this time is the French, although the coach prefers that a left-hander act on the left.

In these training sessions prior to the match against Atlético, the team will work especially to correct the defensive fragility of the last five games, in which they have conceded nine goals with only 14 shots on goal received. "You have to analyze it", warned Gerard Piqué on Sunday.
