The unexpected club related to Diego Maradona that made Alexandre Pato an offer

Alexandre Pato was considered the new Ronaldo Nazario when he joined AC Milan. He played with him, Ronaldinho, Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Kaká and Andrea Pirlo, among other stars. He was named the striker of the future, but his career suffered many problems and at 31 years old, spent almost a whole year without playing.

But one of those offers surprised everybody, and it has to do with Diego Maradona.

That offer is from Argentinos Juniors, where the Argentinian legend started his career. It is unexpected because Argentinos is considered a team with a small budget, but it seems that they suddenly got a lot of money and the journalist César Luis Merlo mentioned the offer.

Juan Román Riquelme and Esteban Cambiasso are other notable players who played with this shirt. Anyway, the fans of this club will have to wait until Pato makes a decision, and he has a lot to choose from, having offers from France, Turkey, America and even another one in Argentina, with Vélez Sársfield wanting him as well.
