Another star leaves Barcelona after Messi's departure: Koeman is furious

Ilaix Moriba is leaving Barcelona, the board, led by Joan Laporta, is demanding an offer of 15 million euros to sell him, but what nobody expected was the reproach of coach Ronald Koeman to Moriba in a press conference.

The Barcelona coach gave a press conference before the match against Athletic Bilbao and was asked about Moriba's future: "I spoke to Ilaix a few weeks ago, more as a person than as a Barça coach. What he did is horrible. He is a young player of 18 years old, he has had the opportunity to play in the first team, he is the future of the club and he is in a situation that he is not playing, he is not with us. 

My advice is that money is not the most important thing but to play games but the player and his people decide differently. I am disappointed about that. I believe more in soccer things than contracts. At 18 years old, money cannot be that important," Koeman recently told the media.

Ilaix Moriba, midfielder who finishes his contract in the summer of 2022 with Ronald Koeman's squad, has made the decision to compete with Guinea, his native country, and not with Spain as they supposed, this could facilitate his landing in the Premier League.

Manchester City is one of the Premier League teams that could receive Moriba, but do not rule out Chelsea who already showed interest in the midfielder. Nor can it be overlooked that the Bundesliga offers him an escape route through RB Leipzig.
