The Milan Derby is one of the fiercest Derby in the world of football and it's expected that it will be marred by violence. The fans were witnessing the Derby for more than a year due to covid 19 and all they could do was to welcome the players with violence.

The greatest surprise of the aftermath of the match is that only one team got punished when it was obvious both fans were guilty. AC Milan was fined for projectiles being thrown into the pitch by their fans while Inter Milan whose fans display fireworks were forgiven.

According to Italian news outlet FCInter1908, the Nrrazzurri were able to avoid punishment that's best known to Serie A. AC Milan was fined a total of €5,000 for the behaviour of their fans. The Rossoneri could not escape the consequences of the uncultured fans during the match.

The judgement was seen to be biased because Inter Milan fans were seen to be more aggressive and have not been handed any fines despite the use of firecrackers, pyrotechnics, and smoke bombs by some supporters. This act may fuel another crisis in the next Derby.
