Barcelona and French winger Ousmane Dembele continue to be at loggerheads over contract agreement. The winger is demanding outrageously more than what the club can offer and both parties are not willing to bend to each other's demands.

The club is not willing to go beyond a salary of €12m per season and the player is holding out for €20m and with the contract expiring at the end of the current season, he could be free to have a negotiation with other clubs over a pre-contract in January.

Dembele has made just three appearances this season and is yet to score a goal as he has spent most times on the sidelines injured as he has done for most of his Barcelona career, this is the player demanding outrageous salary.

Barcelona should ignore his demands and move him on if need be as they have not reaped their investments on a player they paid €105m for in 2017. He reportedly has offers from the Premier League with an unnamed club ready to pay him his salary demands and a sign-on fee of €30m.
