The Mexican wide midfielder was a key player on his team draw against Inter Miami and talked about the chance to play 90 minutes.

When Jürgen Damm arrived to Atlanta United he probably thought that things would have been easy for him. After nine games played for his team, the Mexican wide midfielder has only started two and was left out from four, with some injury problems that forced him out.

But, on Wednesday night game against Inter Miami, Damm came into the field and change the match. After a good move, he assisted Jake Mulraney while Atlanta United scored the equalizer in a though game. His performance makes some think that it is now his time to play from the very beginning.

Damm said after the game that he felt very good at the field but that he respects head coach Stephen Glass decisions and that even thought he always wants to play full games, he understands what Glass does. His next chance to show up will be against Toronto, on Week 19.

Damm arrived to the MLS on July 2020 after his contract with Tigres UANL ended. The Mexican club invested $9 million for him on 2015 and, after four years, let him out for free. He is currently having his first time out from Mexico, where he played not only for Tigres but also for CF Pachuca, Tecos and Atlas.
