It’s no lie to say that Hirving “Chucky” Lozano is one of the best Mexican players in Europe, as he managed to consolidate as an essential player at PSV Eindhoven, which helped him move to one of the top 5 European leagues.

Carlo Ancelotti was impressed with Lozano’s talent, which made him request the Mexican right-winger for the 2019-20 season, when he was still coaching SSC Napoli, and his addition to the Azzurri became the highest transfer fee that Napoli had paid up to that point.
Lozano’s stint with Napoli has been full of ups and downs, as he hasn’t found the regularity that he expected after “Carletto” was sacked. With Gennaro Gattuso, the successor of Ancelotti, Lozano had an uphill battle to earn a spot on the starting XI, something he managed to do in the last months of the past season.
But once Gattuso was replaced by Luciano Spalletti, Lozano became a usual in Napoli’s bench, as he’s played only 17 games as a starter in the current season, which is why Napoli are interested in selling him, to at least recover their investment.
According to La Reppublica di Napoli, “Chucky” Lozano is one of the top 5 players that will be transferable during the summer transfer window, which opens the door for Napoli to listen for lower offers even if they’re trying to earn at least $50 million for his economic rights.
Hirving Lozano’s talent is undeniable, which is why, according to reports from Don Balón, Liverpool have showed interest in him and are willing to negotiate his arrival at Anfield for the 2022-23 Premier League season.
In the past, Lozano has said that he’d be willing to leave Napoli only if an offer from one of Europe’s biggest teams arrives, and Liverpool’s offer could convince him, although the Reds are not the only English team interested in him, as Wolverhampton Wanderers are also following him closely.
After the passing away of Mino Raiola last week, the new agent of Hirving Lozano will now be an association between Rafaela Pimenta and Enzo Raiola, who inherited all of the players’ accounts that Mino Raiola managed.
