Cruz Azul is looking for a new goalkeeper for the team because Jesús Corona is close to ending his career as a soccer player. Therefore, La Maquina would be interested in hiring Nahuel Guzman. Even if the Argentinian leaves the team coached by Ricardo Ferretti, his future would still be in the Liga MX

Goalkeeper Nahuel Guzmán is one of the most important footballers of Tigres. However, his contract with the Mexican club ends in June 2021 and no one yet knows if the 34-year-old Argentinian will extend his professional relationship with Los Felinos. Although he feels comfortable at Tigres, he will listen offers.

According to an article published in the Forbes Mexico website, Guzman's salary is of one million dollars per year. Therefore, if Los Cementeros want to buy him, they will have to make a million dollar offer to tempt him. Will the club be willing to spend that much money on a 34-year-old soccer player?

Since his arrival to Tigres in 2014, Nahuel Guzman has played 228 games. In addition, he has won several titles: the Liga MX four times (2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019), and the Campeón de Campeones three times (2016, 2017 and 2018). He also achieved individual awards such as the best goalkeeper in the Liga MX in 2016 and 2019.
