Vinicius' reaction after racist chants on Atlético de Madrid's field

The controversy will always be on football. Unfortunately, it seems racism will also be part of the beautiful game until something is done about it. These horrific acts were seen before and during the game between Real Madrid and Atlético de Madrid. The target was nonother than Brazilian star Vinicius Jr.

Real Madrid's winger was in the middle of a controversy because people started to say that his famous dancing celebration was disrespectful to any rival, and if he scored during Madrid's derby he shouldn't do it. In the end, he didn't score, but his partner in crime did.

Rodrygo scored the first goal of the match and both of them celebrated the only way they should: dancing. But this celebration wasn't accepted by Atlético's crowd and they didn't hesitate to scream racist comments about Vinicius. The referee even stop the game for one minute, warning they wouldn't carry on until those chants stopped.

The Brazilian player had an incredible first half, giving a tremendous problem to Atlético's defense. Also, he assisted Federico Valverde for the second goal of the second half. It's clear that Vinicius is having a great season and racism won't stop him.
