New Juventus coach, Massimiliano Allegri is a man under pressure as his Juventus side prepare for today's away match to 13th pĺaced Spezia. Not often is Juventus afraid of meeting the 13th placed team on the log and not often is the phrase 'relegation six-pointer' used concerning Juventus. But that is the situation that the Old Lady finds themselves in after 4 matches of the 2021/22 Serie A season.

What is Juventus' record this season?

Italian giants, Juventus has gotten off to the worst start they've ever had to a Serie A season in 60 years. In 4 matches, the record Italian Champions have picked up just 2 points, having lost 2 games and drawn the remaining 2. They are also in an unfamiliar relegation spot, sitting 18th on the log ahead of only Cagliari and newcomers, Salernitana.

In Serie A this season, Juventus has drawn against Udinese (2-2), lost away at Empoli (1-0), lost away at Napoli (2-1), and drawn against AC Milan (1-1). Coach Massimiliano Allegri could be seen ranting at his players after the 1-1 draw against Milan on Sunday. This means that the Bianconeri has not won a single game in the opening 4 matches of the season, for only the 4th time in the history of Juventus.

Juventus next matches in 2021/22 Serie A

Starting from today's game against Spezia, Allegri would hope that his Juventus side starts to pick up points to climb up the table. After travelling to Spezia, then comes a home game against Sampdoria on Sunday 26th September. 2 Serie A matches in October will have the Old Lady go away to Torino on 2nd October, before hosting Jose Mourinho's Roma side on 17th October. Then, Allegri & Co have to be ready for a cracker at the Giuseppe Meazza against Inter Milan on 24th October. A home fixture against Sassuolo on the 27th of October will round off Serie A engagements for Juventus for October.
